Yours (free) 06:31
I sat down by a river with no one near, I've been searching for myself for two long years. But I know your voice is calling, and its more than just my conscience I walked out into a forest for silence there, you whisper through the trees that echos in my ears, and I'm constantly falling, but your grace is like a safe net. Come alive take my life I was wrong I was wrong, live in me, plant the seeds, I am yours. I use my man made compass and I'm lost again, the night is filled with liars who seem like friends, and a dark age is coming, but your light will save them. Giving myself this useless feed, the same old things that consume me, you don't care about what I did, you have given purpose here for me.

Find Your Answers (free) 07:38
Stop. Decide whats worth your time. Falling off the edge of the earth, running in circles for her. To see, take this blindfold off, search, find your answers now. How could I be born into this? An undeserving man so blessed. How could I give thanks to know you? I'll run so fast I'll wear out my shoes. Work, rest, eat and stare. A cycle of numbers in your mind, forget what you left behind. Disease, I can remember those days. Hurt, I hurt myself again. Constantly I try to deliver this to you. Constantly you give me a new song to sing. For you I will sing.

Crowns (free) 06:39
I see it in our souls, the give and take, our narcissistic bones won't rattle or shake. We wear our golden crowns on our glorified heads, we won't need them now that we're already dead. Oh I see them now, the clouds overhead, coming after us and we are afraid. "That faith is for fools" says the well assured man. But faith will never fail me and I won't loose it. Oh, I don't want to feel afraid. Oh, we'll shine brighter than the sun. I'm stuck in a rut, but I don't feel it. He releases me before its too late. I think I'm getting there, with time we will grow past the imperfections, and finally I'll know. Crowns on our glorified heads.

Night Driving (free) 06:37
Looks like the wolves are at my heels again, I carry my load and now I'm forced to run. It's alright, I'll be fine. It's alright, I'll be fine. Looks like the road is all mine tonight. The street lights glow and show my insides. Well I'll wake up and feel your life in me, I'll fall down and fail with your arms beneath, I'll crawl on my knees and hope you remember my name. It's alright, I'll be fine. It's alright, I'll be fine. And you know its alright, and with you I'll be fine.

Empty Bones (free) 06:14
A sign of hope inside your head. Feel your toes in the water bed. The wind just blows life's sand. Empty roads, an empty land. Calling all the sinners from their homes. Drink from the well and fill your empty bones. A dreamers dream found dead. A river's stream with life in it. It hurts to know what you said, it hurts to know how you went. Calling all the sinners from their homes, drink from the well and fill your empty bones.

about

I recorded this ep in my home and in some different locations for different instruments and sounds throughout Burlington. It is an expression of what my life has been like for the past couple of years and how my relationship with God is ever changing.
